This 2019 Pinot Noir is grown in the well-drained alluvial plains of Canterbury and our vines are approaching 40 years old, and producing fruit with greater strength and depth. This wine is aged in French oak barrels for at least 12 months with minimal intervention in brewing.
This Pinot Noir shows elegant variety features that perfectly blend oak tannins, leather and spice flavors. Raspberry, violet and thyme aromas, creamy texture and malolactic character complement each other.
