Philip is wine maker, viticulturist, bottling manager, Having a Biomedical Science degree.Philip was studying Grape growing & winemaking full time at EIT at the time. With a new business to run and full time study Philip still managed “top Student” by the end of the course. Together with the help of Jenny Dobson, there has been 17 vintages since then and a lot has happened.
