This Limited Edition Syrah is born in the heart of the renowned Gimblett Gravels region in Hawke's Bay with its stony soils. Intensively hand crafted, the wine was fermented in small vats, basket pressed and matured in premium French Oak barrels for 20 months. Elegant aromas of black pepper mingle with dark berries and delicate florals. Red fruits and dark chocolate flavours with oak spices gives complexity on the palate followed by a long velvety finish. Enjoy now or cellar carefully for 5 to 10 years. Only 2000 handcrafted bottles.
